Privacy Notice

A short explanation of what happens to your information when you use this website.

Who we are

This website is operated by SentriCore Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 804537). For any question about this notice, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That happens in one place on this site: the Contact form, where you may enter your name, organisation, email address and message.

How your enquiry is sent

This site does not have a server-side database. The Contact form opens your own email application with your message pre-filled, addressed to SentriCore. Your details are sent directly from your device to our inbox, the same as sending us an email. We do not store form submissions on this website or on any server.

How we use your information

We use the information in your enquiry only to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss the services you have asked about. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep information

Enquiries received by email are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain normal business records, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission if you believe your data has been mishandled. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version was last reviewed in August 2026.

This notice is a plain-language draft prepared alongside the website build. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before being relied upon as SentriCore's final privacy policy.
